Both the vehicle and the service are good. However, they did not accept QEEQ's insurance and required me to purchase additional insurance at the store. QEEQ has accepted the complaint and responded quickly.

Car condition very good

Pick up from Sydney airport was smooth and easy. Car was in excellent condition.

Search and booking process was easy to use.

I opted to change the drop off location in Melbourne and after a quick phone call was able to a closer depot and return the car.

Like: Car was what we needed to carry 4 adults and 2 infants under 3years.
Dislike: Confusion over where the cars was being picked up from and fitting child seats despite taking the time to confirm all the details (including correcting some confusion over type of child seats required) the day before arriving with the domestic terminal staff by phone.
