Good service, just hard to find in KLIA

Overall, we were quite satisfied with the process from car pick-up to usage, with minimal contact with the rental company. During the rental period, a few issues arose. Although the QEEQ platform contacted us promptly and tried to resolve them, many problems were still directly resolved by us with the rental company. The QEEQ app didn't contribute significantly to problem resolution. Additionally, the vehicle information displayed on the app was not comprehensive. Details like the size and other aspects of the vehicle, although it indicated it could seat 7 people, lacked a detailed description of the overall size, interior space, and vehicle power.

They gave us a very old car when we picked it up, pushed us to buy a toll card that they didn’t take back when we returned the car. Added extra charges during return and we couldn't find anyone for a long time.

It was clearly stated that the car should be returned with a full tank, but when I picked it up, the fuel level was very low. Since I was not familiar with the area, I missed a gas station and had to look around frantically. I found one eventually, but it was closed. I was worried about running out of gas and it took me almost an hour to find another station.

Vickey Chia is a very nice staff who is very friendly and helpful. She was very patient to answer all my questions. When I didn’t know how to drive to petrol station from airport, she even drove and lead me to the station. I should special thank to her for all support she provided. The location of SURIA provided on EasyRentCars was a bit confused. It shows it is available to get car from KLIA2 but actually SURIA is only located at KLIA, which mislead me to cancel and reorder.

Horrible company and cars. will never use again.
