When I arrived at KLIA2, I called and a staff member came to pick me up at the arrival gate. A message about the lending procedure was sent to my smartphone the day before, and it was easy to understand.

The drop-off location was KLIA, but it was easy to understand as images and directions were sent to me in advance via WhatsApp. The staff was also very responsive when I dropped the car off.
Car was good. Staff was good. Pick-up at klia2 to klia1 was good , and vice versa.
Best if they could set-up a office at klia2 for those who lands at klia2. Just a suggestion

For KLIA , there was no option to choose between klia1 & 2.
They didn't give me expected car. They featured new model of Honda City or similar but instead they gave me older vios.
