Front desk staff were super helpful and patient, walking us through every term one by one. Since our English isn’t great, they even typed everything out in both Chinese and English on the computer, which made communication so much easier.

Straightforward and simple. I mentioned to the lady at the counter that we were five adults and one child, and asked her to make sure it was a seven-seater car. She asked about our luggage, and I said two large bags, one small bag, and a stroller. She hesitated for a moment and then said she'd upgrade us to a Land Cruiser for free.

Excellent service, the staff were very polite.

The car pickup process was very fast. After submitting the required documents, I immediately got the car upon taking the shuttle bus.
