When arriving at the store, there was nobody available. The staff entered all the data, and an additional 84 AUD was charged for one person driving.

Paid in full, but couldn't pick up the car at the store as it was rented to someone else.

Unclear charges, extremely poor service, discrimination against Chinese. Called to inquire, but they hung up before I finished speaking. Also, there were unknown charges and an extra day fee deducted. The car model provided was different from the one reserved, and there was no prior notice.

We had the best experience with Europcar at Melbourne Airport! The lady behind the counter was lovely and we were pleasantly surprised when we walked out into the car park area and discovered that she had upgraded us! The car was practically brand new, having only done 3000kms! When returning the vehicle, again, customer service was excellent and it was totally hassle free. We could not speak more highly about our experience with Europcar and will definitely be recommending Europcar to everyone!

There's no warning about fuel charge after return. Be aware of that. Fuel meter indicated full when I returned the car. Still, I got charged for 8 litre(AUD30) the day after.
