When returning the car in the morning, no staff was present at the rental office. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to return from the airport and they prioritized helping a new customer first. The entire process from arriving at the office to finishing the return took half an hour. As a result, we barely made it to our flight after handling tax refunds, baggage check, and security. The rental office was informed of our return time in advance, so they should ensure enough staff during busy hours.

I filled in the wrong return time when placing the order. After picking up the car, I realized the return time was set 3 hours earlier. I informed them about this but wasn't assured, so I reiterated the issue via WeChat. When returning the car, they charged me over 400 because I returned it 2 hours later according to the order time and penalized me with two days of rental fees. What a terrible experience.

The store is far from the airport, shuttle service is not timely, the provided vehicle did not match the booked car category, the car was in poor condition with many visible damages, which led to disputes during return and even attempts to blame me for pre-existing damages

Car was a little old and not completely clean but generally in acceptable condition.
