Average, nothing special

Overall, it was great. However, on the first day, we rented a child seat, and the staff member was inexperienced. She told us that the fee would be daily without a cap, which made us worry about the cost over 50 days! We quickly bought one and they delivered it the next day, then told us there was actually a cap. This back and forth cost us time and fuel, and we ended up with an extra child seat...

Very helpful staff. Off site location with free shuttle. Make sure to call the shuttle. Cheap rates because off site rentals companies are not charged the Airport tax. Possibly limited range of vehicles. We booked the smallest car possible and ended up being upgraded to a Dodge SUV free of charge. No up-selling at the counter. Just great service. Very happy with AUCAR

If you had some signage for your pick-up vehicle, very difficult to know who or what was picking us up.

The car exceeded my expectation. Able to accommodate all my family of 6 and almost like 9 luggages (including small bags big bags)

Price drop protector unable to find in the FAQ

It was a nice a car (dodge) clean and nice to drive just a little to small for 7 people. But it did the job and we only needed it for a couple of days. So all good!
