The service attitude was acceptable. Make sure to take good photos when picking up the car to avoid issues when returning it.

The vehicle I received was an old Volvo v60 which would best be described as well used. The leather on the seats was cracked and the exterior was not even clean. Also in the pick up office EVERY sign was written in Mandarin.

All I needed was a car to get from A to B and back. Got a late model stationwagon that was perfectly adequate. Engine was a bit rough around the edges, but for what I wanted and the rate I paid - was more than happy with the car and the service received. And finally a rental car company that uses a camera to record damage pre/post rental. Would happily use Aucar in the future.

Condition of car was not up to standard. Poor Customer service as well.

My only minor criticism was that I didn’t receive the car that I ordered. Otherwise, the experience was great and I will use them again.
