Dislike: The car needed filling up but in a way this worked out for me because I went with the agent to fill it up and knew where to go on the way back. Also she showed me the road that I needed to take.

The store is far from the airport, shuttle service is not timely, the provided vehicle did not match the booked car category, the car was in poor condition with many visible damages, which led to disputes during return and even attempts to blame me for pre-existing damages

Very convenient, pre-arranged pickup at the airport by calling after landing. Waiting time was not long; the driver helped with the luggage. The rental office is a 5-minute drive from the airport, and the car pickup process was swift. A clean small car ready to go!
