Car price and customer services are really good.

Very shift people, gave me a big car with terrible cigarette smell then swap that car for big SUV, which is not my use. they push you to get what ever they have regardless of what you have booked. car looks good outside but inside dust and stain/sticky steering wheels, seats, door handle etc.

The staff were lovely at Aucar, they were super helpful and polite. I pre arranged for a certain type of car to fit everything in. Both vehicles requested were there all ready for us. We did have a sheriff question us about some outstanding warrants on the vehicle but nothing came of it, and the car wasn’t seized thankfully. Both cars tyres hardly had any tread on them and one tyre constantly lost air. We filled it each day.

Friendly staff, helpful. Assigned big sedan instead of mid size SUV (which still in progress of cleaning). Good interior space.

User friendly, easy for booking.
