Good service, responsive to questions

All staff are young Chinese, easy to communicate with, bought full insurance and picked up the car right at the entrance

Even though the vehicle wasnt the car we booked, it ended up being better as it was more roomy and one of my family members was in a wheelchair so it suited us perfectly. Only thing I didnt like was it was black.

As a first time driver in Melbourne, it will be very helpful that the rental company provide information on the parking rule and traffic ruling, esp when parking in CDB area. Our learning was not easy and it took us a while to figure out how it works. Traveling on those roads with city tram proves another challenge as our first visit.

Quite large administrative charge for toll road tag usage.
