Good but can be better

Counter staff did not arrange for our pick-up from the airport. Even though they sent me an SMS the day before arrival with instructions to call them when we arrived, when I called them upon arrival, the staff did not know about our booking and made no arrangement to pick us up from the airport. Only after 2 phone calls later did they pick us up. When we arrived at their office, they did not have our car ready. Several excuses were made with no regard for the time we lost just waiting for the car to be ready. All in all, after our long flight, we got into our car 2 hours after the booking time.

One of the front tyres always looses air pressure below what is required. Have to pump air on the front tyres for any trip everyday

Their response is bad. I tried to call them to ask for the photos ofthe damaged part at the back of the van because I forgot to take photos. They said that I have to send email. I didn’t get any responses until now.

Like: Ask for a 7 seater they give a 9 seater.
Dislike: The pick up point hard to reach for a first timer in medlbourn.

Like: overall good experience
