Car space is great. Unfortunately it is not cleaned when pickup

The service was very average. I rented a car in Dubai before, and the difference is significant. Basically, there is no service at all. There were scratches on the car, and they only took photos after I repeatedly reminded them. Otherwise, they would just hand you the keys and leave. They didn't explain things like how to use the various car light switches or refueling info. Midway through the drive, a warning popped up about low tire pressure in one of the wheels, which shows that they didn't properly maintain the vehicle before handing it over.

The company is not large but offers decent service. Although there's no location at Sydney Airport, there is a free shuttle from the return location to the airport.

Working hours end too early, and overnight parking is too expensive; the pickup location in Melbourne was very slow, waited nearly an hour. But very cost-effective, and the car was in good condition.

The service was excellent, the process was smooth, and the vehicle was in good condition.

Excellent service from the staffs. Theres room to be improved for the car condition.
