Couple of minor scratches and rear indicator block told garage attendant who made a note on pink sljip

Ordered a Intermediate SUV and ended up with a 7 seater People Carrier. Upon returning the vehicle, filled up at a Gas station 5 miles from Airport. Waited 30 minutes for person to check vehicle and was charged U$ 15.00 because needle was not over the Full. Attendant was very rude and did not listen when told that vehicle was filled up 5 mile ago. Absolutely outrageous behaviour from this attendant.

I am not from Florida and didn’t know I had to turn the SunPass off. I told the staff when I picked up the vehicle that I would be paying the tolls (total about $10 for the week). Because I didn’t turn off the pass, I was told I would either have to pay $10 per day I had the car (it ended up being $112 Canadian dollars) or pay an exuberant amount more because I’d pay a penalty of $25 per till. I should have just been charged at most for the 2 days I used the pass (to and from airport) at the very most given that I didn’t want the pass to begin with. Your staff needs to do a better job of explaining how the SunPass works. Their lack of communication cost me over $100

On collecting car I was told to check for damage (scratches didn't count, only dents). Found 2 dents. Never had a rental car with any damage before.

Like: Good to deal with, very helpful, got better car than had booked, good location was in airport
Dislike: Had a little longer wait time than would of liked But wasn’t drastic
