Overall great experience

El carro no era como esperaba! Muy pequeño y sin seguros automáticos! No volvería a alquilar vehículos con ellos así estuvieran súper económicos!

My reservation was cancelled , even though my flight was early, and they had cars available. I was told I would have to go online to get another reservation and then I would have to wait an Additional 30 minutes for it to show up in her system even though I had waited 30 minutes for the shuttle and another 30 at the counter. Staff was rude and did not even apologize. No one could find out why it was cancelled. Van driver was friendly. Wasted almost 2 hrs. Took the shuttle back and walked right up to another counter to get a car (perfect driving record, over 25, and rent frequently) Thought I would try this company. Never again and have already took friends to Never rent, or Park there, ever.

Like: Love the personal interaction of the manager,Christian. Made you feel like a million dollars Christian greeted and follow through with everything with excellence

Like: Friendly employees, very efficient check in
Dislike: Nothing

Like: I stayed at westgate resort and had a great. Lots of developments. The water park was perfect and fun parks within 20 minutes drive.
Dislike: Need more service staff. The waiting was too long at pick up. After my delayed flight it was too tiring to wait hm30 mins for pick up.
