Very easy and pleasant experience. I was even upgraded to a small suv, which really great.

No lighting in the parking lot. I couldn't see damage to vehicle until the next day, after I had turned in damage indicator sheet. The 2nd day, in the light, I saw a cracked windshield, cracked mirror casing, lots of dings and scratches. Also, the car smelled like smoke. The car ran rough. The car needed an oil change after just a few miles driving, as well as "service 4WD." Advantage needs to take care of their cars better.

Easyrentcars made it easy to find a rental for a great price, and easy to book. This is my second time using your site. If it continues to offer good prices and the same service, I will keep coming back!

Unfortunately our car was totalled in a car accident. It was handled expeditiously by Advantage staff.

Hard to understand accents on counter and customer service. Did not tell us about paying an admin fee for tolls. Spelt my name and email wrong.

I showed up 15 minutes before our rental time and staff was completely unwilling to start the rental process early unless I paid $100 US. It took an hour for them to enter the information into their system and get the keys to me.

Price drop saved us some money and Easyrentcars was great

Like: I liked the quick friendly service once I got to the counter to pick-up my van. Been to Hawaii many times, there is always a long line to pick-up your car. The van was perfect, exactly what I needed. The price was by far the best I had seen anywhere else. When we dropped off the van they helped us quickly and had a shuttle waiting to take us to the airport.
Dislike: it would be great if there was a line exclusively for people who have ordered and prepaid for a car/van, even on weekends.
