All processes are good except GPS was inadequate from dim screen, could not see it.

Pick up and drop off was extremely prompt and efficient. Photos were taken of the car and a quick check done on drop off. Previously with a different rental company at drop off they went over it in minute detail that gave the impression that any little tiny stone chip would result in a charge but ezu indicated that little stone chip on the front would be considered normal wear and tear so that was comforting to us after our prior experience. we would definately use them again.

Provided car is very nice and like new condition. Great experince.
