Easy were easy.... Ezu was frustrating

We were hoping for a hatchback but ended up with a saloon. Luckily the boxed bicycle would just fit in. Having the bike caused problems at the airport pickup as the car couldn’t take the two of us as well as the bike. One of us had to wait for another vehicle. We did say we had a bike when we phoned to ask to be collected! Other than this small hitch, the whole process of getting the car was quick and straight forward. The staff were extremely pleasant.

It was extremely easy and quick to book a car on Easyrentcars.

Does not accept AMEX or Debit cards - otherwise easy. Pick up from airport can add 30 mins to time.

The worst company for rental. Car was not perfectly fit for the road. Wipers blades were old which never worked. headlights didn’t work

Couldn't believe the value for money, kept waiting for there to be a catch, but there wasn't any! Great car, great service, would definitely recommend!

Easy booking process, car was exactly as described and performed perfectly adequately. A genuine bargain.

Counter staff excellent. Had to wait a very long time to pickup as the only staff attendant was at the airport picking up others then we had to wait for them to organise their vehicle which took a very long time. Drop off time and staff fantastic
