We were delayed at immigration with an interminable line! By the time we arrived at the Budget office, it was closed. After evaluating the options, I decided to hire a car for 24 hours from Avis; while I was in the Avis office, I heard another customer say that he had a Budget reservation, I asked him about it and he told me that Avis and Budget are the same company, so I was able to pick up the car I had originally reserved from the Avis counter. I was glad I did not spend the extra money on a taxi or additional rental, however a little more information would have gone a long way to relieve the stress and not make us waste another hour looking for solutions, after we had been traveling for more than 24 hours.

There’s a customer service guy named Ted, who took care of a misunderstanding. I had with Avis regarding a no-show, and although he lost some money, he was able to get a really fair solution very professional exceeded my expectations
