When I arrived at the rental company, I was told that they only have Wranglers and no other Jeep models. I specifically chose the more expensive Grand Cherokee or similar model to have more space for my stuff. If I had known this, why would the website list more expensive Jeep models? I could have just chosen a Wrangler directly. So when I got the Wrangler, I couldn't fit everything, which was very inconvenient.

I spend around 45 minutes to received my car. I booked Toyota Yaris bus I received the bigger one than I booked.

Everything was ok, the only one major issue we had was we were under the impression that spouses were able to drive as well without an extra charge, and they charged us for that.

Everything with the booking platform was good nice and smooth

The car wasn't the size we ordered but that was OK the car was flithy it hadn't been cleaned since the previous hirers there was a lot of scratches and a serious bump on the wheel which I don't think had been inspected

Like: Friendly and very helpful staffs, great price for the vehicle
Dislike: It would be great if there's more car model to choose
