The instructions were very detailed, and they even upgraded the car for free. I also requested additional roadside assistance.

About Alamo: 10.0 /10
I've rented from Alamo many times and I'm always satisfied. The staff at the Salt Lake City branch are very friendly and never push insurance. The first car I got had some tire wear, but the staff quickly got me a Malibu with only a bit over 200 miles from National. The service is really excellent.
