Short but sweet

Got wrong information when called for assistance to get to shuttle. Very frustrated with with this experience & altitude of people answering phone. We walked b ack & forth 2 times carrying heavy luggage. O`hare us in transition. We should have been notified prior to day of pick up of changes & given direction.

The customer service was awful. They were cheaper than competitors, but you get what you pay for and I find that disturbing.

Good third party firm. The business model is effective, but the firms benefiting from the outfit must comply to higher quality standards.

Very bad! The car I pick up the fuel are not full and I needed to return as the fuel I pick up. But no one can fill the fuel as you needed but only full fuel. So the only way you do is only fuel up more. So they can earn such money. I hate ROUTES.

The car was ok much bigger engine that I expected The staff were ok

Like: Didn't have to wait too long for the ride at the airport. The staff was very proficient and did not upsell anything. I had a great experience. Will choose them again.
