Easy and quick

Car had been in prior accident and didn't handle perfectly on curves but was fine overall. 2-shuttle process to get to pick up location. Address given for drop off did not match up with Google maps, so I'm glad we weren't in a hurry to make our flight. Customer service was very good. Office and bathroom were dirty. Nevertheless a very good value for the price.

I didn't like Routes telling me damage to car before I accepted it, ie. dent listed as scratch. When I didn't agree and wanted the exact damages listed, counter staff got snippy. I had to request she acknowledge the damages and give me a copy of the form. This process took approximately 60 minutes.

The car I received was fantastic - new, clean, comfortable, well equipped and in great condition. Exactly what was required and at a fantastic rate.

Very easy to book, clear and simple.
