Car interior was not clean, took forever to get car. Used routes before and they are usually good. Don’t know what was going on this time

This is the second time I’ve booked at this location and twice they did t have the car I reserved and paid for. The counter representative was no help.

the vehicle though a 2019 made some noise. Other than that it was ok

The drop off was not as streamlined as other companies. Waiting in a long line of people just parking their cars, picking up rentals... workers not very friendly. The hassle of taking 2 shuttles with kids and 8 bags to collect rental vehicle in first place means I’ll prolly just use another company in future.
