Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Great price! Car was not as clean as it should have been on the inside and was released to me on pick up with 1/4 tank of fuel. Easy to dismiss this as price was great.
