We did a trip through the Canadian Rockies. It was amazing.

The car had invalid printed insurance. When I called Routes, they emailed me an invalid digital copy. I had to scrap my plans that day, took photos of the invalid insurance.

Worked fine.

Overall, Routes gave us a good service. We arrived an hour early for the pick up time but they were able to pick us up at the airport. The car was a little dirty but it did not ruin the experience for us.

It is a good deal. Having an good insurance coverage that came along with the rental is a big relief. We did not have to worry of additional fees on top of the vehicule rental.

It seemed like we had to wait a long time for a pick up. Longer than we were told it was going to be. Everything else was fine.

Nice, friendly Canadians at the YYC location. Pickup time is closer to 10 minutes than 30.

Price drop saved us some money. I was told that I may not see it until 2 weeks after the drop off date.

Like: Don’t let other reviews deter you from renting here at Routes based on location/proximity to airport. The location is plenty close to the airport, the value compared to other big name rental companies is excellent, and all the vehicles we saw and the one we drove are in excellent, super clean condition.
