Excellent

Originally rented a Skoda Kamiq, but it was unavailable. The replacement car couldn't fit two 28-inch suitcases, so I swapped cars three times. Finally, they provided a Volvo V60 hybrid station wagon, which was a brand-new car with just over 300 miles. By the second day, I got used to it and ended up loving it.

Budget is awesome! The staff are very patient and don't push insurance sales. The car was almost new with only 1000 kilometers.

Budget's service was excellent, and the car was in great condition, having only 8,000 kilometers on it. It was my first time renting a car alone, and everything went smoothly. I have already booked another car with them for March through QEEQ.

Should have more service staff on days with high volume. Will be able to check most of puck up timing and stand by more staff. Overall staff experience was excellent though. Just a bit short handed.
