Lovely but underpowered car with pressure and poor transparency of costs- so won’t use again

Fair and standard.

The location is quite far from the airport, with the shuttle bus coming only every 45 minutes. During our trip, we were rear-ended by another vehicle, but couldn't reach the rental company's helpline, so we had to go to a nearby rental office. Thankfully, a Chinese-speaking customer service rep helped us with the insurance claim. We had to fill out the claim form online, and again when returning the car. The insurance company's website was very poor, and any submission error meant starting over. We ended up filling out the form numerous times! Though the price wasn't bad, overall, I can only say it was average.

The staff were amazing and funny and suited me to my car perfectly. No hesitation in rebooking with them but I want QEEQ to get the recognition.

It was so easy to book this car with them - I have never heard of the company I got the car from but it was so easy and at a good price.

I felt that Green Motion used a VERY slow collection process to 'intimidate' customers into taking comprehensive insurance. The 'information' video went on and on and on about how long it would take to find and note every mark on the car before you drove off on it - with the implicit message being that if you didn't do this you would definitely be charged for all marks on return of the vehicle. In addition to this, if you didn't take comprehensive insurance, the deposit taken from your credit card was massively more.
