Excellent price but service at the counter was very poor in checking out and in returning the vehic

Awesome experience fair exceeded my expectations. Will use them again given the opportunity. Don’t forget to bring you proof of insurance with you at checkin.

It was easy to pick up the car. Car was brand new. No schemes nor the staff tried to sell anything else from what I've reserved. I wen full insured with easyrentcars and had no issues at all.

It is totally unacceptable and unreasonable to have people first be taken by the "rental car" bus to all other car rentals and then be told to take another shuttle to get to Routes. The time involved is excessive and you are not informed about this before hand. I had to wait in line at the other counters to be told to go outside and take another shuttle van to your location.

I was up graded to a Sarah jeep. I got 30 mile away and could no longer keep the jeep on the road. The front end had a problem. Even over the smallest bump it would shake uncontrollably. I called the office and was told they could not bring me another car. I should drive back slowly with my hazard lights on. I did what I was told, however I did not feel safe. I was given a car to replace the jeep. this company dose not check out there cars before they defend them. I know this for a fact. I brought back my car and it was immediately resented while I was waiting for the shuttle bus.
