The counter staff are very friendly and helpful. The transactions went quick and smoothly. Shuttle van bring us to the location which is nice because outside the craziness of the ORD airport.

I would have to begin EVERY day with stopping for air for one tire. By the end of each day the same tire was flat again. I called to extend my rental, yhr first lady was busy and said she would call me back but she didnt. I called again an hour later anf the second make promises that the price was the same and everything was set. The next day a man calls me and said the car was due nack yesterday and now I have to pay $3 a day extra for thr extension fee.
