The tire had a leak. They just inflated it and said the problem was solved, refused to change the car. After a day, the tire went flat again, had to go to a repair shop to fix it! Extremely irresponsible!

The staff is seriously understaffed, waited for a long time, and the system crashed during this period, almost missed my flight!
