Hassle free rental

There were quite a few upsell attempts, but I declined all of them. I forgot to refuel the car before returning it, so I was charged a service fee, which was quite expensive! Remember to return the car with a full tank. For the first time, I was charged an emissions fee, and there was another fee that I didn't quite understand, which was also quite expensive. I booked a manual transmission car but was given an automatic one; the vehicle was brand new.

The pick up and return were excellent . The vehicle was upgraded and in good condition

A mon arrivée à l'accueil on a voulu me vendre une voiture plus grande pour 20€/jour en plus, je trouve dommage que l'on essaye à chaque fois de nous vendre toujours plus si j'ai réservé une voiture comme çà c'est que je voulais çà !!!!

Closed when we arrived. Other staff very pleasant and helpful while we waited. Then the Kerry by Europcar staff member was helpful but drunk when serving us.
