The issue is the seating; there aren't enough seats and the queue is quite long. Having more chairs or a ticketing system would be helpful. Since it was Chinese New Year, there were many renters, mostly through QEEQ, and each customer took a long time to process due to language barriers, averaging at least 20 minutes, sometimes even 30. The company should train their staff better to improve efficiency.

The pickup and drop-off processes were quick, and the service was decent.
