I felt that I spent a lot of money hiring the car then I get a £60 cleaning bill. Won’t return toyou

The wait to pick up the car was rediculously long, especially in a warm airport with 2 young children. Counter staff were quite rude and once we realised car was far too small, we weren't able to upgrade. Wait for return was also quite lengthy.

Booking was smooth and easy to include all waivers.

It took 5 hours to rent the car and everything was as vague as can be. The whole process is designed to sell Insurance and upgrades. A ridiculous process which created 60 people long queues. I am sure that these rental agencies are either owned or financed by the main players like Hertz with the sole objective to drive people back to them and NEVER , EVER consider leaving again.

Pick up takes too bloody long!!!!!! Too lo g winded process.

Could have mentioned at time of booking that Ace is at the Goldcar desk

Easy to book, without any problems

The car was amazing. The staff at the car park were really friendly and helpful too. But the staff at the desk were not so friendly and also a bit of a mess - a long queue formed and we waited almost an hour even though we arrived with just 2 groups in front of us. Also, I would recommend taking photos of the car beforehand. There was a scratch that was not caused by us but had not been recorded. The blame would have been put on us had I not taken a photo that showed it was there before we left.

Everything was so easy and quick! And the auto rebook was really good.
