I though it was cheap but the final cost is high which I did not expected

Absolutely appalling service - scammed by staff an treated rudely. Would never use again

getting from T2 was a hassle as need to wait for hotel hooper bus. which cost 5 pound per person. not free. Getting to T4 get more complex with ride is bus and train. wasted lots of time. getting car take too long. only 2 staff serving more than 10 people.

Pick up location requires a bus to be taken and they charge you £6 per person one way!

good concept of online service and booking process.

Good value for money except that staff are eager to ask upgraded on booked car and insurance. Dont forget to retain good photo records and detailed check on car before taking it.
