Car was not big enough it was a Vauxhall moka and not a Skoda Octavia and it was a petrol model having thought it would be diesel as per last years booking, car had scratches and dints all round which i pointed out when they only had 1 scratch registered and had to amend paperwork, overall very disappointed with vehicle,

Very satisfied, upgraded to a Mercedes A200. The rental staff were very enthusiastic, escorted me to the car for handover on-site, and kindly pointed out several parking locations for returns. I’ll rent from this company again if I get the chance.

British people are generally very contract-oriented. It's hard to make changes to your order at the last minute, so you have to compromise. What you book initially is what you get! They often try to overcharge or sell you something extra, but if you stick to your original order, they have nothing to say.

Turned up to collect the car at the agreed time and was told straight and honestly that they didn't have any cars in to give me. They were honest and very apologetic about the whole thing i wasn't in a rush at all but i can not fault the staff at all they were honest with me i can not for more than that.
