staff was slow

Got wrong information when called for assistance to get to shuttle. Very frustrated with with this experience & altitude of people answering phone. We walked b ack & forth 2 times carrying heavy luggage. O`hare us in transition. We should have been notified prior to day of pick up of changes & given direction.

Car was about what I expected. Difficult to find place. They will put a 400$ hold on a 20$ rental on your credit card, simply bc they are a smaller company. It would be nice to know ahead of time bc they return it in “3-5” business days. It’s been 3 and I don’t have it back, which makes me nervous. In hindsight, would rent from bigger companies in the future - less hassle.

Like: clean fast, car was ready when i pulled in, my check out was fast and nice thx
Dislike: nothing they where great

Like: Good service, good car choices, and excellent price.
Dislike: Pick up from airport took lo ge than usual. Shuttle buses of other car rentals are more frequent
