Bad for Routes

Ben, was awesome! He had a sense of humor and put me at ease from the greeting to the drive away and during the return!

Either their phones were malfunctioning or staff weren't answering, but I waited 45 minutes to be picked up at the airport. Not a good start. Once at their site, things were ok. Car fine. Staff maybe assumed I knew the "ropes" more than I did. I had to ask questions. It all worked. Price was amazing.

No problems booking. I was a bit confused how Easyrentcars and the actual rental company were connected.

Ended up with a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Only other choice was a Dodge Durango. We preferred to have a smaller vehicle for better gas mileage. The Jeep was “cool”, but buffeted a lot in the wind on the freeway. And it only got 19 mpg. Routes did compensate us with a half tank of free gas, as we complained and requested such upon accepting the car.

Like: clean fast, car was ready when i pulled in, my check out was fast and nice thx
