Great tool

Nope, very rude staff,took forever.Try to rip you off and lied to you about existing damage to the car.Will never rent from routes again and tell family and friends, never rent because they are cheaters.

Got wrong information when called for assistance to get to shuttle. Very frustrated with with this experience & altitude of people answering phone. We walked b ack & forth 2 times carrying heavy luggage. O`hare us in transition. We should have been notified prior to day of pick up of changes & given direction.

Difficulty in finding the location. Had to change 2 shuttles.

Ms. Vicky at the counter was courteous, professional and friendly. Kudos to her.

Two things, it would have been helpful to know the shuttle to "routes" from the O'hare shuttle terminal said routes. we missed one since it said routes and not easy rents cars. Secondly tell folks to make sure to bring their car insurance info. the turn in sucked, you just want to be done and get to your plane, and we had to wait in line again.. for awhile.

Very bad! The car I pick up the fuel are not full and I needed to return as the fuel I pick up. But no one can fill the fuel as you needed but only full fuel. So the only way you do is only fuel up more. So they can earn such money. I hate ROUTES.
