Three people including myself were all told the car they rented wasn't available and were given larger gas guzzlers or told after waiting an hour that they could return to the airport and find another service. It is not a shuttle away from the airport, but multiple shuttles away which is deceiving and complete BS.

Dislike: Pick up from airport took lo ge than usual. Shuttle buses of other car rentals are more frequent
