No show at counter

The Payless counter is hidden withinh the Avis desk. I walked the area 2x before I found someone that told me that. Then, The car I received was not in its spot. I had to go all the back to counter and start the process over. it set me back a good 30-60 minutes ☹️

The process was simple. Possible consider a separate line for customers who have already made and have confirmed reservations. I waited 20 minutes for a person without reservations to be helped.

The car wreaked of smoke. I tried to return it for something else and was advised Payless doesn’t guarantee non-smoking cars. What? I had this car for a week traveling to and from my daughters volleyball tournament all week. This meant my family would have to inhale this second hand smoke all week long. Your company name should be Careless not Payless because I ended up paying more for a roomier car when other agencies offer roomier cars within the same class. And of course Carelss again for your substandard, second-class and negligent service to customers who do not smoke. Unacceptable!

I was tricked into getting an upgrade thinking its total is $400 but when I turned in the car I DiscoverEd that I was conned into the sale Because The $400 was only the upgrade fee and the total fee was $665 this is unpractical business practices And I expect To be Reimbursed Or I will report it to Is the Better Business Bureau And other Regulatory Bodies

Dislike: Staff tried to replace vehicle with one I was not interested in (larger less efficient van) and took awhile to provide correct one
