Very high overall satisfaction. Since it's a self-service pick-up, it saved us from dealing with store staff, and we didn't need to argue about insurance fees. The car was in good condition with a wide selection available, even during the peak season when we rented. Kudos to them.

Make sure to book your preferred car in advance on QEEQ. The rental office will suggest an upgrade, which is much more expensive than QEEQ!
