Booking a bit stressful but pick up, drop off and actual vehicle was A*

Got an upgrade on vehicle size at no extra charge. First ever experience to require proof of car insurance since I did not want to buy their coverage!

All was good

They never want us to drop of. They leave us at 8pm at the rental car with no solution exept to walk and take a train at 20mn with our luggages

Customer service was terrible. The shuttles to get from the airport to the rental place were very full, so we had to wait a lot to just get to the rental location. Then, we had to wait even more there to get out our car. In addition, they made a mistake when preparing our car, so we were charged twice, although the fixed it in the end, it was an inconvenience.

The process to rent a car was seamless, however since Routes was not that good, I wish there was a better way to see what people have to say about rental companies before renting a car.

Very poor customer service, no managers on site, no honesty, no care.

Like: Location and shuttle are perfect....no need to rent at airport. This was almost the same experience...without the fancy counter.
Dislike: The airport arrival pickup was not clearly written. I thought I had to walk through the airport rental garage to find shuttle pick up area, when in fact, it was right outside the airport door. I had to call twice to ensireninwas in correct spot. The longest part of the pick-up, was waiting while the agent answered same phone calls over and over. I wasn't the only one confused by the description. Just wait at the shuttle stand, they come frequently!!!
