disappointed. I book a Honda "civic" & got a Kia "Fonte"

Counter didn’t answer any of our questions had to wait for the car nothing was answered

It took two hours from arriving at the reception desk to driving away in the car and there was very little interest in our needs and mostly concern about their attempts to maximise vehicle use so we had to wait for a vehicle that had just been returned to be checked and cleaned - and not much of an apology

Need to be patient for shuttle transfers and during car pick up.

Awesome. Price protector is definitely a big plus!

The car was excellent, however, the inside of the windscreen was dirty. This made driving I'm bright sunlight very difficult Also, the windscreen washer fluid did not contain de-icer/detergent and so immediately froze when sprayed onto the windscreen.
