Extremely satisfied. The staff were very nice during both pickup and drop-off, and the overall process was very efficient and quick!

Initially, I received the reserved Peugeot 508, which was brand new with less than 1000 kilometers. Unfortunately, the air conditioning broke down after a day. Luckily, I was in Paris, so I went to the airport to exchange the car and was given a Ford KUGA hybrid with 8000 kilometers. It had more space and was fuel-efficient. When picking up the car, they only asked about insurance and explained how to claim it with the insurance I bought from QEEQ. There was no further upselling, and the service attitude was excellent.

Overall, quite efficient and the staff were friendly. When returning the car, a Black guy mentioned there was a spare key missing from the car key. I had no idea about it as it was like that when I received it and no one informed me. Just a minor issue.

Remember: The store name has changed to 'ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR' instead of 'Alamo'. It took a while to find it, but I got a free upgrade from C-class to E260. I'm extremely satisfied.

Le nom du loueur n'apparaît pas dans la liste des noms lorsque l'on arrive à la barrière du parking. On ne sait donc pas sur quel bouton il faut appuyer !
