We didn't check thoroughly at the start. After four to five days of driving, the weather got hot, and we found the air conditioning wasn't working. After reporting to customer service, their staff gave us a replacement vehicle (which took a six-hour round trip). Really appreciated their effort! Great service! Thank you!
We spent 8 days in Melbourne. The car was pretty good. There were basically no issues. The staff were also nice. Even on Christmas Eve, they were still serving us. It felt great. We can continue to use their services.
Car condition really good, my advise to everyone make the video when you receive the car from them and ask them to share the pics with you. They don’t have proper record end of the day they will blame on you.
Not happy that that a $5 toll has turned into $24 due to commissions and fees....TOTAL RORT AND RIP OFF.
Also had to pay extra to get to airport due to car place not being open earlier enough, so in the end car wasnt that cheap
