The staff was extremely friendly. I had a lot of luggage and needed to go up the mountain, they suggested upgrading to a RAV4 which was a great idea.

Their cars are alright, but I don't understand why they charged me a total of 331.76 AUD. Is it because of taxes? The rental fee was only 292.23 and the child seat was 28 for four days; I can't figure out how it added up to 331.76 AUD. Maybe it was because the airport was crowded, and the rental lady wasn't as helpful as Hertz's staff. Trevor from Hertz printed a map for me and kindly explained how to avoid toll routes.

Had to wait for car as did 2 other couples, cars not ready, no big problem. Car was supposed to be Suzuki Swift, but supplied with MG3, A terrible car nearly sent us deaf, the noise was horrific. If it is used to go to the shops, OK, but on the open road at anything over 80Kph, the road noise was absolutely deafening. By the way a near new car, had limited K,s on it
