The price was very cheap and cost-effective. I originally booked a Ford Edge, but when picking up the car, they replaced it with a Renault seven-seater hybrid SUV, which was very fuel-efficient. Returning the car was extremely difficult to figure out; I highly recommend locating the return area in advance. It took me an hour and a half circling the airport to find the drop-off spot.

I am quite satisfied. Although the return store had some concerns about the vehicle's exterior, they quickly approved it after checking the video footage from when I picked up the car.

Very satisfied, they even upgraded my car for free. The car was new (only 6000km when I picked it up).

The store is located in the underground level of the train station. Google Maps shows it on a small road outside the train station, which is not clearly marked. For the Geneva drop-off point, I contacted QEEQ and the drop-off point multiple times and finally confirmed that the drop-off is inside the airport.

Long story I won't bore you with but another rental agency reneged on a booking at 10am on a Saturday morning out in the sticks in Avignon leaving me with 2 hours max to arrange another booking and get to the new location. Enterprise not only took the booking instantly but even shuffled their existing bookings around to give me the smaller van I needed. Not super cheap but in the circumstances worth every penny. Thanks team, you saved the cycling holiday of 3 people.
