The car pickup and return process was very efficient, and the service was good. No aggressive upselling of insurance.

There was no Yaris available at pickup, so we were given an Opel Crossland SUV at no extra charge. The vehicle condition was thoroughly explained, and we were asked to carefully inspect the car. Both the interior and exterior were very clean. When we noticed the windshield washer fluid was empty, it was immediately refilled. The car had lane markings and a backup camera. During the 7-day rental, there were no issues such as strange noises, vibrations, malfunctions, or tire pressure problems. Even on steep roads in Brac Island and Kotor, the car did not roll back. Fuel consumption averaged around 8 liters per 100 kilometers. Overall, the car was safe and reliable, and we were very satisfied.

Booked a five-seater, but got a four-seater. Reported to customer service, but no response for over ten days.

Long wait at airport but the staff were very helpful. Car was great.
