The service was fast and convenient, and the condition of the car was surprisingly good. Picking up and returning the car both took less than 10 minutes. There was a support phone line, which I called twice, and they answered all my questions with great attitude. Overall, it was a very good experience.
Arrived at the rental location earlier than the reserved time. The staff allowed us to pick up the car earlier, but the return time had to be adjusted accordingly. They asked if we needed insurance, and did not push further after we declined. Noticed a noticeable scratch on the car's rear upon pickup, which was then marked on the pick-up form by the staff.
