The service was just so-so, and the car wasn't a Corolla but a small SUV I didn't recognize. It ended up being my first time driving an SUV, and it was even a right-hand drive one, which was funny since I'd only ever driven hatchbacks or sedans before. Luckily, there were no scratches or accidents.

It was okay. They secretly added insurance without any explanation or agreement, and I only found out when they charged me after returning the car. Fortunately, QEEQ's customer service communicated promptly, and when the rental company refused to refund, QEEQ refunded the amount to me.

No matter how careful you are, there's always some kind of fees to be charged and they never tell you this, e.g. premium location charge, which was never mentioned to me neither when I booked the vehicle nor when I met the counter staff to collect the car.
